Network Uptime

Nine guarantees a network uptime of 99.9% p.a.

Hereof excluded are scheduled maintenance work, criminal activities of any third parties as well as force majeure.

Support

Nine guarantees 24/7/365 support, realized through our Technical Support Team as well as our On-call Service Team outside office hours.

Internet Connection

Nine guarantees a sufficient dimensioning of the Internet Connection and to prevent missing capacities through early upgrades or implementation of additional services.
