How does access to the data centre take place?

Access to the data centre is possible at all times (24x7) using a badge and key. The badge and key are available as an option with Server housing, whereas a badge and key are included in the offer for Colocation.

Please note that the badges are personal, and are not transferable. We are always happy to issue additional badges and keys.

In the case of server housing, a loaned badge can be obtained as an alternative without the badge and key option. This is only possible during normal office hours and in certain data centres. Another possibility is access accompanied by an employee of Nine. This is possible in all data centres (at extra charge).
