The constant and smooth operation of the hosting platform is guaranteed by redundant server systems: Choose the layout of the platform between failover and managed server cluster. Our understanding of high availability includes also the permanent reachability of our emergency duty team by phone as well as proactive server maintenance.

The shown HA products are examples and can easily be customized. We gladly design a HA system according to your needs. For highest redundancy and availability needs we can also offer failover solutions across locally separated data centers.

You cannot know your future demand of performance in detail. But you can ensure a scalable hosting platform which is able to develop exactly according your real needs. A server cluster distributes all requests equal over the different servers and scales by adding additional servers.
Management
Thanks to the management service there is no need for extensive technical knowledge. The high availability hosting platform is checked on a regular basis and the correct updates and patches are installed when required. Additionally, log files and the file system are analysed and possible irregularities are found on time.
Monitoring
The server services are continuously monitorred (24/7) and possible system interruptions are discovered and corrected in a proactive manner.
Redundancy
All components such as power, cooling and internet connection are designed redundantly. For even higher demands in availability, we can offer optional multi-site redundancy, where your systems are distributed over 2 data center locations.
Internet connection
All server systems are connected directly to our high-performance backbone with a speed of 100 Mbps. The site is located in Zurich, Switzerland
Backup
A file can easily be overwritten or deleted by accident. A safe and uncomplicated recovery of data, even in the case of a catastrophic failure, is ensured with daily backups. In order to increase safety even further, the backup infrastructure is situated at a different site than the server systems.
