Management
Thanks to the managed services there is no need for extensive technical knowledge. The system is checked on a regular basis and the correct updates and patches are installed when required. Additionally, log files and the file system are analysed and possible irregularities are found on time.
Monitoring
The managed server services are continuously monitorred (24x7) and possible system interruptions are discovered and corrected in a proactive manner.
Internet connection
All server systems are connected directly to our high-performance backbone with a speed of 100 Mbps. The site is located in Zurich, Switzerland
Backup
A file can easily be overwritten or deleted by accident. A safe and uncomplicated recovery of data, even in the case of a catastrophic failure, is ensured with daily backups. In order to increase safety even further, the backup infrastructure is situated at a different site than the server systems.
