Control Panel
Nine offers several options to administer your server or Managed VServer Standard. You can choose between the commercial solution Plesk or our Nine Script Bundle.
Plesk
Plesk is a commercial control panel solution from the company Parallels, which is especially usefull for resellers. Further info can be found on plesk.com. A Dedicated Server is mandatory in order to use Plesk.
Nine Script Bundle
Our Nine Script Bundle is very useful for administrators who like to work with the command line and it is intended for our Managed Dedicated Servers as well as Managed VServers. The advantage is that you can easily create multiple hostings in a fast way and that we can help you with your special requests.
Further benefits of the Nine Script Bundle:
- Special requests, which should happen at the set up of a hostings, can be automated (e.g. Typo3 out of a central repo)
- You have access to the php.ini per client
- Per client you can allow SSH access
- Admin has shell access onto the customer sites
- Definition of own quotas (only with a Managed Dedicated Server)
- Optional SuPHP or FCGID
- We always work on improvements of our Script Bundle
- The Nine Script Bundle is not a bottleneck, we know every detail of it
- Our MailAdmin and FTPAdmin control panels fit perfectly into the Nine Script Bundle
- We gladly support you with a custom-tailored solution
