Startup-Scaleup – what has happened since its market launch?

nine Team Feb 7, 2017

Back in August 2016, we launched a new programme for startups – offering consultations, system optimisations and a favourable financing model to our customers. More than half a year on, we take stock of its progress for the first time.

Since the market launch, we have been able to support more than a dozen customers with our programme. Though these customers operate in different areas of IT, they have one thing in common: they are all founders. Since August of last year, we have already supported our Startup-Scaleup customers with over CHF 70’000.00 per year.

Through our startup hosting programme “Startup-Scaleup”, we offer a flexible, powerful and scalable platform with server management at a greatly reduced price. In addition to benefiting from free consultation on the ideal setup, founders also receive ideas and suggestions for optimisation after the setup phase. And to ensure the flexibility of the platform, we set up new servers without charging any setup fees. To this end, we offer quick response times, the rapid delivery of new servers, and short reaction times. This offer is rounded off with a discount of up to 50% during the first 18 months and an optional coaching service.

For Philipp Brühwiler, founder of nize, which is an app for the efficient organisation of appointments, our Startup-Scaleup programme successfully provides support: “We need a scalable and reliable IT infrastructure and quick support. That is what we get from nine.ch and, thanks to the hosting programme, we can also benefit from it as a startup.”
