A brief portrait of Valérie Vuillerat: a bridge builder for customers
Valérie is innovative and lives her entrepreneurial genes. At the age of 23, she founded her first startup, a web shop. Since then, she has launched numerous product ideas and brought new companies to life. This was later followed by Hiversity (High Impact through Diversity) and Witty Works (Enabling diversity with words). In 2010, she took over as CEO/Managing Director of Ginetta AG with 2 employees at the time and developed it into the market leader for user experience design in the Zurich area. With her then team of 25 employees, Valérie passionately built web and mobile applications for brands such as SBB, Doodle and Helsana. At the same time, Valérie completed a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction Design. Valérie is a multiple award winner as well as a lecturer for Digital Transformation at the Swiss Institute of Business Administration (SIB) and HWZ.
