Zurich, September 1, 2021 - Dr. oec. HSG Christine Schneider stepped down from her mandate as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nine as per August 31, 2021. The reason for this are divergent opinions on the strategic and operational focus of Nine within the Board of Directors. The resignation is by mutual agreement. Christine Schneider will be succeeded by Thomas Hug.
The Board of Directors and the Executive Board of Nine thank Christine for her great commitment, the good cooperation and her valuable support in a time of change. Nine wishes Christine all the best and much success for her professional and private future.
