Focus on your services and leave the server management to us: The Managed Server is a Dedicated Server including comprehensive server management.
Management
Thanks to the management service there is no need for extensive technical knowledge. The system is checked on a regular basis and the correct updates and patches are installed when required. Additionally, log files and the file system are analysed and possible irregularities are found on time.
Monitoring
The server services are continuously checked by our stand-by service and possible system interruptions are discovered and corrected in a proactive manner.
Control panel
The comfortable, web based open source configuration tool ispCP or the commercial Plesk simplifies the server configuration to a high degree and is optionally preinstalled on the Managed Server.
Internet connection
All server systems are connected directly to our high-performance backbone with a speed of 100 Mbps. The site is located in Zurich, Switzerland
Backup
A file can easily be overwritten or deleted by accident. A safe and uncomplicated recovery of data, even in the case of a catastrophic failure, is ensured with daily backups. In order to increase safety even further, the backup infrastructure is situated at a different site than the server systems.
