We regularly organize Meet-up events. These events are streamed live on our YouTube channel and are available as recordings afterwards. Whenever possible, we prefer to hold them in person on site, followed by an exchange chat over drinks & snacks
Our first interview is a video call, which usually lasts about 45 to 60 minutes. In this structured interview, we will ask you about a few topics that are essential for us.
The structured interview is individually tailored to the position and helps us to objectively find out whether you meet the pre-defined requirements for the role from a professional but also personal point of view. However, there will also be enough time for you to ask your questions and find out whether our open position matches your requirements.
The second interview takes place in our office whenever possible. Before the interview, you will be given a specific task to prepare you for the interview.
This will give you specific insight into the topics and tasks that could await you in your new role. During the on-site workshop, you will be able to present your proposed solution and exchange ideas with several people from the team. Again, it's all about getting to know each other, so the participants will be happy to answer any questions you might have for them as well.
Ideally, we already have an offer ready for you at this stage, and we will use the conversation to plan your future as a 9er together.
